Scholarship Opportunity: Foldcraft’s Continuous Giving Scholarship 2015
Posted on March 19, 2015
The Foldcraft Charitable and Community Relations Committee is proud to announce we will be providing opportunities for qualified individuals to receive a $500 scholarship to support plans to continue their education beyond high school. The scholarships are not awarded based on financial need or scholastic achievement; rather provide the opportunity for continuing education financial assistance to any student who shows leadership and community involvement in their community outside of scholastic activities.
Foldcraft will award four (4) individual $500 scholarships – one is reserved for a Kenyon-Wanamingo graduating senior and up to three for a Foldcraft employee-owner or the spouse, grandchild, or dependent child of a Foldcraft employee-owner who is planning to attend an accredited institution offering post-secondary education and/or career training and instruction or a current or returning student at such institution.
Selection of the recipients will be conducted in an anonymous review of the essay by the Foldcraft Charitable and Community Relations Committee. All decisions are final. A $500 scholarship check will be issued by Foldcraft to be directly payable to the financial institution of the student no later than September 1, 2015. Questions regarding the scholarship program or application process should be directed to Dawn Rohl (507.789.8261) at Foldcraft.
Scholarship applications may be downloaded using the link on this page or available for pickup from Human Resources. Kenyon-Wanamingo students may obtain the application form also at K-W Middle/High School.
