Purchase Orders
All purchase orders must be submitted in writing via fax or mail. Each purchase order must be on letterhead and bear buyer’s signature. To avoid duplication of a faxed order, do not mail a confirming copy. Orders will not be scheduled for shipment or entered into production until all questions and credit terms relating to the order are satisfied. All purchase orders will be acknowledged by Plymold upon entry. Please verify that the acknowledgement matches your original order.

Colors & Finishes
We offer one of the industry’s broadest selections of standard colors and finishes.
Laminates - Wilsonart® laminates in Solid Colors, Patterns and Woodgrains are considered standard. Wilsonart laminates are provided with #60 Matte finish, #50 Touchstone, #1 Gloss finish, or #90 Crystal finish, based on Wilsonart® standard offerings. Formica® laminates in Color Portfolio, Woodgrains, Patterns and Formations Collection are considered standard. Formica® laminates in Color Portfolio, Patterns, Formations, Woodgrains, and Naturals are considered standard. Formica® laminates are provided with #58 Matte finish, #43 Artesian finish or #90 Polished, based on Formica® standard offerings. Custom printed laminate and other Wilsonart® and Formica® products will be quoted on a per job basis. Laminate produced by other manufacturers such as Nevamar®, Pionite® and Abet Laminati will be quoted on a per job basis.
Upholstery - Seven vinyl collections are offered as standard. Patterns produced by Boltaflex® include ColorGuard 2000, Fleur, Grand Sierra and Vegas. Naugahyde® Tusk, Morbern Vogue, and Spradling® Renaissance complete the standard offerings. Designer vinyls include Spradling® Kilkenny Tweed, Naugahyde® Zodiac. Designer Fabrics offered include Quest, Hyacinth, Tempest, Aquila and Integral. Other vinyl patterns produced by these manufacturers and other textiles will be quoted on a per job basis.
Dur-A-Edge® - Fourteen colors are offered as standard. Designer colors include any color outside of this palette. Over 80 Designer colors have been formulated, matched typically to laminate colors. Contact your Customer Service Representative to determine color availability. If a Designer color is desired, there is a one-time charge for customer matches if we have not yet achieved the specific formulation.
Vinyl Table Edge - Twelve colors are offered as standard. Designer colors are available and will be quoted on a per job basis.
Metal Powdercoat - Five colors are offered as standard. All metal frames are black unless otherwise specified. Designer colors are comprised of 187 Tiger Drylac RAL and Hammertone selections. Custom powdercoat finishes are available and will be quoted on a per job basis.
Wood Finish - Natural finish is offered as standard. Designer finishes are comprised of eleven stain selections. Custom wood finishes are available and will be quoted on a per job basis.
Composite - Fifteen colors are offered as standard. Designer colors are available and will be quoted on a per job basis.
Shell Seat - Six colors are offered as standard. Designer colors are available and will be quoted on a per job basis.

Lead Times
Plymold takes great pride in offering favorable lead times combined with extensive color and finish options. Standard lead time is 15 working days. Since we are manufacturing to order, lead time is contingent upon our supplier’s ability to deliver “color specific” raw materials. We will make every effort to meet the above stated lead time. If a circumstance beyond our control arises, you will be notified immediately. Your acknowledgement will include our scheduled ship date.

Warranty Agreement
Plymold/Foldcraft Co. warrants all products manufactured and/or marketed by Plymold/Foldcraft Co. to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service for one (1) year from date of purchase shown on our commercial invoice. Warranty on upholstery materials is governed solely by the guarantee or warranty of the producing mill. Customer assumes responsibility for normal wear and tear. This agreement excludes all products or component parts, that in the opinion of Plymold/Foldcraft Co., have been subject to neglect, misuse, alteration, accidental or improper installation. Some products have extended warranties. Refer to specific catalog pages to determine if an extended warranty applies.

Credit Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice for companies with acceptable Dun & Bradstreet and/or TRW ratings. Credit terms are established on an order-by-order basis based on the customer’s willingness and ability to pay obligations as they become due. Accounts past due are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate allowed by law. Credit terms are subject to change without notice. Customer will be liable for any costs incurred in the event that their account is placed for collection. If you have any questions relating to your account, please contact the Plymold Seating Credit Department.
As an alternative to open account, the following payment terms are available:
Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are accepted.
Cash On Delivery (COD): A 50% deposit is required to commence production, with the balance payable to the freight company at time of delivery. A fee of 3-5% of $50 is assessed by the freight company for this service.
Proforma: A 50% deposit is required to commence production with the balance payable prior to shipment of order.
Plymold operates on a make-to-order basis, therefore all credit requirements must be satisfied before an order can be scheduled into production.

New Accounts
To apply for an open account, complete a Plymold credit application or submit five current trade references, along with a bank reference and a financial statement. Credit terms will be determined within 24 hours from receipt of request.

Matching Prior Orders
On a new purchase order, clearly indicate the need to match a previous order. Include
original invoice number, purchase order number and ship date of previous order. Periodically, materials are discontinued by our suppliers and requested materials cannot be supplied. In this event, customer will be notified.

Change Orders
Should unusual circumstances require change or cancellation during production, a substantial service charge will be levied according to order status at that time.

Returns
Merchandise cannot be returned without authorization. Approved returns are subject to a minimum 50% restocking charge. Actual charges will be determined at time of return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused at customer expense.

Scheduled Delivery
Ship dates are shown on all sales order acknowledgements. Best efforts are made to
schedule each order based on customer requirements, material availability, and capacity. Shipment of order may be delayed if credit terms have not been satisfied. Scheduled ship date is subject to change due to strikes, accidents, material availability and other factors beyond our control.

Freight Claims
Plymold/Foldcraft Co. will file all freight claims when such issues arise with Plymold Premier Carriers. Inspect your shipment carefully. Should your shipment arrive damaged, incomplete or overstated, make appropriate notations on delivery receipt. Report product and/or quantity discrepancies to the carrier and to the Plymold Quality Claims Representative within 15 days of receipt to allow for inspection and prompt issue resolution. When claim issues arise with customer designated carriers, customer is responsible for filing freight claims.

Care and Maintenance
Periodic maintenance is necessary to ensure long-term durability and customer satisfaction. Buyers must therefore advise end user of the following:
To prevent personal injury, furniture must be inspected regularly for loose screws, glides and casters, cracked or broken welds, cracked laminate, wood splinters and general instability. Furniture that is damaged or appears to be unstable must be immediately removed from service and replaced or repaired using only factory authorized parts and methods. Contact Plymold Customer Service for assistance and further instructions.
Wood Finish: Coat wood with a hard paste wax every three to four months during the first year of use. After the first year, application can be less frequent. To clean, use liquid cleaner-wax polish combination. Do not use abrasive household solvents. Water spills on the surface should be wiped off immediately.
Metal Finish: Wipe with a damp cloth. To remove dirt, brush the surface with a soft bristled brush. For stubborn stains and grease marks, use soap and water.
Vinyl Upholstery: Use a liquid detergent suitable for cleaning vinyl. After cleaning, wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with warm water.
Vinyl Edge and Dur-A-Edge®: Use a liquid detergent suitable for cleaning vinyl. After cleaning, wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with warm water.
Laminate: To remove stains, wipe surface with a damp cloth using soap or liquid detergent. Remove stubborn stains with a damp paste of baking soda. Leave on for a minute, then blot away. Abrasive cleaners should not be used. Acid based products spilled on the surface should be wiped off immediately, then rinsed with water.
Composite: Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Matrix™ Composite: Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Shell Seats: Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Plymold Premier Freight Program
Plymold has special contract rates with Premier Carriers, providing excellent freight rates to our customers. Plymold’s Premier Carriers are American Freightways, Yellow Freight, and Stagecoach Express. The Premier Carrier program offers several benefits including deep rate discounts with reputable carriers.
Freight quotes valid for 60 days upon request or when order is received.
Rates valid on prepaid, collect and third party bill shipments, provided payer of freight charges does not have their own pricing in place with Plymold house carriers.
Free tracking and claim support is provided for House Carriers. Ask for your Premier Program Freight Rate when requesting a quote or placing an order. All quoted rates exclude accessorial charges such as inside delivery, lift gate, etc.

Will Call Pickups
Pickups can be made at the Plymold facility in Kenyon, MN. You will be notified when your shipment is available. We request that you pickup your order promptly following its availability. Completed orders will be held for a maximum period of two weeks. After that time storage charges will be assessed at the rate of 1% of the order amount per day.
